GENERAL CONDITIONS
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
DELIVERY
Delivery fees will differ and are generally calculated on the weight of the items, size of the items and distance required.
We will coordinate delivery with you, including reaching out to determine a suitable day and time and then coordinate such with courier services we use, whom may also endeavor to contact you when they are on their way.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available at delivery. If the customer is not home when delivery has been arranged, the courier will either leave the item in a safe space, or ultimately redeliver at a new time, which will likely result in a redelivery fee.
Please be advised that some of our furniture is oversized. For example, some long tables, large beds, and wall units may be challenging to move through doorways. This means that the furniture may not fit into your elevator, stairwell, hallway or desired space. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that an order can be delivered to your location and moved into its final space. Upon reasonable request, Taigh Living may be able to build certain furniture in pieces to facilitate delivery. Taigh Living will not supply the labour to move buyer’s furniture up to an apartment, home or business unless buyer has paid in advance for this service or it has been agreed to be provided as part of the purchase.
An inspection service at an additional fee may be arranged.
Upon delivery you will be asked to sign a goods delivered in good condition. Please make sure you inspect your order carefully.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

TIMBER
Timber is a natural product and as such, contains natural variations including colour, tones, grain and knots. These are not considered to be faults, but serve to make each and every piece unique and special. We will not offer refunds or returns if this does not meet expectations.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times change throughout the year. You will receive an expected date of delivery upon placing an order. Alternatively you can request lead time expectancy by calling (03) 9480 2457 or emailing sales@taighliving.com.au.
WARRANTY
Here at Taigh Living we believe in our craftsmanship and quality of materials. For this reason, we offer a 3-year warranty on all items. This warranty covers major and structural issues.
Timber, being a natural material, can be affected by temperature, humidity, moisture and sunlight. Consequently, any splits, movement, cracks, and joint separation will not be covered. This warranty covers repair or replacement of said item.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Any cancellations and/or changes made to your order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing sales@taighliving.com.au or calling (03) 9480 2457. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be returned.
QUOTES
Quotes are valid for 30 days, production will not begin until a 50% deposit has been paid. Balance to be paid in full prior to delivery.
STORAGE
If the Purchaser requests that an order be held or delayed this shall incur a weekly fee of 1% of the total value of the goods, or $100, whichever is greater.
CUSTOM ORDERS
At Taigh Living we offer customisation to all of our pieces and can offer a full, custom build. All customisations must be agreed on in writing before production starts, noting additional costs and lead times may apply.
